Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-10 hour shifts)

Pay Range: Starting at $23.00 an hour with opportunity for advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Primary duties are to execute the movement of container/chassis in the yard via Mule truck

• Operate as required to accomplish cargo movements safely and effectively.

• Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe incident free operation.

• Perform general inspections on all equipment handled.

• Report any maintenance items to the maintenance team and Yard leadership as to prevent any equipment downtime.

• Perform physical yard inventories for containers and chassis, investigate discrepancies as required

• Guide the team in Operational Excellence through continual communication and planning with Yard Leadership

• Assist the heavy equipment operators with traffic flow

• Performs all other job duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available

• Must have a valid CDL license

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.

• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
