Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description Job Description Heavy Equipment Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Heavy equipment operator for a company based in Groveland, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the requisition of preparing organic mixes using a heavy equipment loader, among other duties.

In a fast-paced, warehouse setting. Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 00 pm to 6 30 am. Heavy equipment operator Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare organic mixes by using a front end heavy equipment loader, to ensure the correct ingredients are used in the correct proportions. • Push piles to ensure setbacks, pile height and stockpile shaping meets the criteria set by Department of Environmental Health Services. • Performs a safety and equipment check before each use of the loader • Maintain all required records and reports • Monitors the stockpile for excessive heat, turns stockpiles and ensures the proper amount of water is used to prepare the stockpile for production.

Heavy equipment operator Qualifications and Requirements • Ability to operate and maintain a heavy equipment loader/dozer • Ability to climb on/off required equipment, able to sit in a loader for many hours in a dusty, hot environment. • Ability to communicate effectively, read and wright English and/or able to follow instructions, able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. • Ability to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weather.
