Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Hey there! Are you a talented Heavy Equipment Mechanic who's passionate about working with big machines? If so, we at 1 Resource Group would love to connect with you! We’re on the lookout for dedicated mechanics to join our awesome clients team and help service a variety of heavy equipment used across the construction industry.

In this role, you’ll get to put your troubleshooting skills to the test, repair machinery, and ensure everything runs smoothly on job sites. We believe in working hard but also having fun while doing it, and we’re committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our team members.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance to keep things running like a dream.
• Working with our fabulous team to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace (because who doesn’t love a clean shop?).

Requirements

• A strong background as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with proven experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and heavy machine functions (bonus points!).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A friendly demeanor and great communication skills!
