Heavy Equipment Loader Operator

Job Snapshot:

• Will be responsible for supporting operations by moving vehicles and equipment throughout yard, monitoring lot inventory and vehicle check-in, and responding to production, warehousing, and transportation needs

• Unloading haulers and staging cars for inventory department

• Supporting with dismantling by bringing un-processed cars to dismantlers and placing vehicles back in the yard

• Crushing vehicles that have reached their useful life

• Loading scrap haulers with crushed cars that are ready for final disposal

• Maintaining inventory locations and integrity of vehicles

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Automotive background and heavy equipment experience

• Willingness to help in other areas of the warehouse when needed

• Previous heavy equipment operating, general maintenance and understanding of mechanical equipment

• Basic computer skills
