Job Description Job Title: Heavy Civil Project Manager Company Overview: gpac is representing a leading provider of heavy civil construction services, specializing in roadway construction, earthworks, and underground utilities projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects involving bridges, roadway construction, earthworks, and underground utilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities: Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Monitor and manage project budgets and resources to achieve financial goals. Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and protocols. Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Mentor and Supervise Project Engineers with: Review Sub Pay Apps Prepare and submit change orders RFI's Project Closeout documents Requirements:

Highly motivated with an overwhelming desire to learn and advance your career as an employee-owner Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or 4 years equivalent construction experience. Should possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products.
