Heavy-Civil Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction to oversee and manage heavy-civil projects, including sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate scope, budget, and schedule. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records of project activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Proven experience in heavy-civil projects, particularly in sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
