• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management process

• Run scheduling for the project

• Manage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process

• Assist in overall estimate

• Change orders

• Negotiation of contracts

• Maintain ongoing job cost

• Experience in local market

• Experience with online takeoffs

• Knowledge of production cost What You Need for this Position At Least 5 Years of experience as, and/or knowledge of: - Project Manager

• Heavy Civil Construction (concrete, asphalt, earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, and underground utilities.
