Job Summary:
You are self-motivated and have a focus on the coordination and administrative aspects of heavy civil construction projects. You will support the project manager by providing administrative assistance, organizing documentation, and coordinating logistics. The skill sets will be used inside our Reno, Nevada offices as well as onsite in the various project locations.

Essential Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and promotes a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection on the project
Ensures subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans, construction drawings and procedures, and other quality documents applicable to the work being performed
Manages project-related inquiries or escalations
Tracks project milestones ensuring deliverables are completed and project requirements are met
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator position within a Heavy Civil construction environment
Proven ability to understand construction administration and contract commercial terms.
Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Projects
Effective communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts at all levels in verbal, written and electronic form.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail and logical problem solver
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Conditions:
Will work on project site up to 60% of the time
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), working at heights, in confined spaces and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
