Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Bridge Project Manager to oversee the construction of bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on experience in bridge construction, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to concrete bridge construction. Interpret and review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Oversee the installation of concrete formwork, reinforcement, and pouring operations. Monitor material usage and manage supply logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of project progress, site activities, and any incidents or changes. Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bridge construction, with a focus on concrete bridges. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to bridge engineering. Proficiency with construction management software and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
