Job Responsibilities: In this position you will operate, maintain, and repair hydronic heating and cooling systems including pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, air vents, steam traps and valves.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of:

  • HVAC and control systems for both small and large commercial sized equipment

  • Hydronic systems

  • Computers and computer systems for managing work orders.

Skill & Ability to:

  • Keep all temperature control systems, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems adjusted, calibrated and reliably operational.

  • Diagnose problems, repair, and maintain specialized HVAC equipment and systems.

  • Install new systems and controls.

  • Maintain records and order inventory and supplies.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

  • Work independently and part of a team.

Required license: Valid driver's license is required. Refrigeration certification is required or the ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of employment is required.
