Davis Partnership Architects is searching for a talented, creative, and experienced Healthcare Planner with 5-10 years of experience in healthcare facility design planning to create amazing places that inspire and elevate the joy and dignity of where people heal, learn, live, and grow!

Completion of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture is required.

Professional architectural licensure is required.

5-10 years of healthcare planning experience is required.

Knowledge of healthcare standards and procedures, medical terminology is required to be successful in this position. ACHA, AAHID and/or EDAC Certification is preferred.

Proficiency in Revit/BIM and a working knowledge of SketchUp is desirable.

Position requires an ability to travel frequently for limited durations.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: * A minimum of five years' experience; advanced degrees may substitute for one or more year of experience * Experience preparing technical reports, and/or NEPA documents * Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of planning and urban design principles and practices * Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Detail-oriented with careful attention to accuracy and deadlines * Ability to work proactively and independently * Strong communication and people skills * Ability to work collaboratively on a team * Graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Sketch-up a plus * Some experience or understanding of ArcGIS * Understanding of basic principles of travel demand modeling * Good organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and attention to detail * Ability to travel out of the immediate area and to work outside of regular work hours if needed * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with ArcGIS preferred.
