The Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon, is hiring a part-time IV-D Child Support Referee (Hearings Referee).

Other duties include:

  • Review motions and proposed orders.

  • Make findings of fact and conclusions of law.

  • Draft and prepare orders and judgments.

  • Review and sign other procedural child support enforcement documents.

  • Assist in the development of program policies, goals, and objectives.
