Hearing Aid Specialist

Our company, Miracle-Ear, is seeking a passionate and experienced a LicensedHearing Aid Specialist to join our team. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will be responsible for helping individuals with hearing loss improve their quality of life by providing them with the right hearing aid solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the extent of the individual's hearing loss
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids based on the individual's needs and preferences
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on proper hearing aid use and maintenance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a current Hearing Aid Specialist license
• Prior experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about helping individuals with hearing loss
