Healthcare Transactional Attorney

Healthcare Transactional Associate Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of transactional experience to join its premier Healthcare Practice. This position can be based in Houston, Atlanta, or Los Angeles.

Qualifications: 4-6 years of transactional experience with preferred health care private equity experience Experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions Experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills JD from an accredited university Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
