Healthcare Sales Ambassador-West

First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Ambassador-West for our First Quality Products. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the West or Southwest United States. This position will prospect and close new healthcare opportunities in assigned territory for First Quality's full range of absorbent and wipe product lines. Also, maintain existing healthcare business in assigned territory or accounts.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible to close sales and contribute to exceeding expectations of territory sales goals.

• Understand the needs and expectations of the customer and provide relevant solutions.

• Identify potential new Healthcare opportunities by researching the territory and uncover new potential opportunities.

• Cold Call potential targets and work through the sales cycle to close from start to finish via phone and Teams (Virtual).

• As necessary travel to customers to support closing and maintaining territory.

• Utilize sales reports i.e., Qlikview, SalesForce, to analyze business to determine customer needs and develop strategic plan.

• Represent company to promote our products and programs at trade shows, conferences and other association meetings.

• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Respond promptly to customers' needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service and relationships.

• Work closely with Distributor partners to develop relationships and promote service, programs and products.

• Effectively communicate key information, expertise, and strategies with FQ personnel in your region.

• Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.

• Maintain good notes/records in Sales Force as well as handle all administrative duties effectively and in a timely manner.

• Participate in budgeting process. Be able to identify risks and opportunities associated with assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Healthcare Sales Experience preferred; however, consideration will be given for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.

• Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, additional experience may be considered

• Expect 50% travel with overnights in the territory.

• Teams Presentation and communicating digitally and virtually.

• Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Creative thinking, possess ability to resolve critical problems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
