  • Participate in full-life cycle recruiting activities for our client engagements
  • Develops a recruitment/marketing plan to source and recruit nursing applicants.
  • Identifies proactive sourcing strategies through utilization of social media sites, niche job boards and nursing specialty boards.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with colleges/universities.
  • Tracks source of applicants.
  • Develops creative strategies to attract talent.
  • Conducts behavior based interviewing skills and analyzes applicants attributes to match the needs within each facility.
  • Assists with on site interviewing and follow up steps to a successful hiring status.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop a comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies for ongoing staffing of Healthcare requirements
  • Identify and evaluate Healthcare professionals for client engagements
  • Manage, document, track candidate flow via applicant tracking system
  • Develop and create best practices as they pertain to Healthcare recruiting strategies
  • Negotiate and close employment offers with prospective candidates
  • Oversee onboarding process for prospective employees from start to finish


  • 1-3 years of prior corporate or agency recruiting experience.
  • Registered Nurse or BSN candidate highly preferred
  • 2 years in heavy phone recruiting (sales, inside sales, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting)
  • Recruiting experience should be relevant to healthcare industry on either the government or commercial sectors
  • Ability to effectively develop cost effective and results driven recruitment strategies
  • Ability to work with Account Managers and customers in a fast paced - team oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis
  • Ability to utilize social and professional networks for recruiting candidates and building pipelines of specific technical personnel
  • Possess strong communication and computer skills
  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • BA/BS degree (desirable)

The position must have experience in using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to identify qualified candidates, an in-depth understanding of all specialized technical and non-technical functions in the company, considerable skill in interviewing techniques, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and facilitate recruiting strategy. * Coordinate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions for new positions. * Manage the full recruitment cycle for approved requisitions. * Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance. * Maximize direct hiring, leveraging use of external recruiters for hard-to-fill positions. * Determine appropriate recruiting sources (web-based job sites, social media, networking, print media, etc.) for advertising and posting positions and promote the Company image to candidates. * Manage data integrity of candidate activity in the Companys applicant tracking system (ATS). * Screen resumes to evaluate candidates skill sets and qualifications compared with staffing requirements; present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration. * Facilitate internal interviews (by phone or in person) and debriefing sessions. * Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. * Oversee reference/background checks and drug screening. * Negotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates. * Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates by staying current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets. * Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates. * Assist in the creation of offer letters. * Manage the onboarding process. * Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, assistance with transfer offer letters, etc. * Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of staffing goals. * Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete and proprietary rights agreements). * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree, preferably in human resources. * 5+ years corporate recruiting experience, at least 3 of which must be for a technology development company. * Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques and experience with ATS. * Skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens. * Business acumen. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to listen. * Takes pride in work and pays close attention to detail. * Shows flexibility and is able to adapt to changing department process and business needs. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Global awareness and cultural sensitivity.
