Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process. The Recruiter participates in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers.General Job Duties:

• Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
• Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic video conferencing media
• Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
• Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.
• Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
• Exhibit high level of professionalism, persistence, positivity, and commission-driven personality.

Requirements:

• Healthcare Recruiting experience a MUST – RN Recruitment experience a huge plus!
• Works from a home office.
• Able to work well autonomously, exhibit self-discipline.
• Excellent communications skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions.
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
