Were looking for a: Healthcare Program Coordinator What will you do?
Implement and coordinate assigned program(s) from start to finish.
This will include conducting or overseeing outreach, enrollment, classroom skills training, and job placement for any given program.
You will also serve as a job coach to clients through group work, individual coaching and classroom instruction.
Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain productive relationships with healthcare sector employers.

Understand trends that affect Healthcare clients, stay on top of new developments Demonstrate flexibility: Adapt to changes in duties, processes.
Able to work with colleagues and clients within a flexible framework, willing to stretch outside normal job duties as needed Experience providing vocational or employment services including skills assessment, employment coaching, job development, program recruitment, placement and retention.
It would also be great if you have: Familiarity with health career pathways Understanding of current needs and recruiting trends in healthcare BA/BS in relevant field Experience collaborating with employers, educational institutions and other community partners Experience tracking and reporting outcomes for government contracts Want to Apply?
