Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with project objectives, budget, and timeline. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects. Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance on architectural matters. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare architecture field. Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure that the architectural vision is realized accurately and effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Architecture would be a strong advantage. A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Healthcare Architect, with a proven track record of completed healthcare projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
