HealthCare Insurance Reps are needed at a Tampa-based Healthcare Company. As a Seasonal Healthcare Insurance Rep, you will receive and service inbound calls to provide excellent customer service support, with the purpose of adding value to our services and retain customers. This will involve serving as a subject matter expert and properly handling account inquiries related to enrollment, policy, coverage, and benefit details.
Specific qualifications for this role include:
Associate' s or Bachelor' s degree preferred, but not required
Active 2-15 or 2-40 life, health, and annuity license in good standing preferred, but willing to train.
Sales background and some level of sales training; previous training in/or related to health care insurance, preferred
Minimum 2 years of call center experience and/or 2 years of direct customer contact retail sales experience
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently is a plus
Ability to study, grasp, and clearly articulate product knowledge from various health care insurance plans to callers
Ability to work legally in the United States
Solid computer and internet research skills
Proficiency with MS Office products
