LabCorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Specimen Processing and Accessioning team in Charlotte, NC. The Specimen Accessioner will be responsible for performing clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment according to established standard operating procedures.

The schedule for this position will be: Monday

Friday, 3:30 pm
12:30 am; rotating Saturdays (every 6-8 weeks) 2:30 pm
10:30 pm.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas
Accurately identify and label specimens
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities
Meet department activity and production goals
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Resolve and document any problem specimens

VIEW JOBS Position Overview:The Loan Processor will work in support of and in conjunction with the Sales and Underwriting staff, acting as a liaison to ensure accurate and compliant documents are processed from loan submission through the funding process.Job Description:<ul> <li>Responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing by verifying, assembling, and entering borrower information into the system.</li> <li>Verify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelines</li> <li>Notate files to keep all necessary parties informed of loans current status</li> <li>Request Third party steps as required</li> <li>Order any necessary documentation as needed</li> <li>Verify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correct</li> <li>Review appraisal against title for accuracy of property description</li> <li>Review title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/liens</li> <li>Verify real estate taxes are paid to date.
