Our PACE Center Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the Midland Care Topeka PACE Center. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly, and the ability to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to success. Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.

Friday, 8am
5pm
Starting Pay: $73,000+/annually (pay is based on experience and requirements of role)

Qualifications
Required: Passion for working with the elderly. Strong leadership experience working within a team environment. Experience in health care services for frail populations. Strong personnel and financial management skills. Must be able to utilize software for data analysis and aggregation. Must possess a valid Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
Preferred: College degree not required, but a bachelors or associate degree in nursing, public health administration, or related human services from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of managed care systems is strongly desired.
