We have been exclusively engaged to identify a strong HR leader for the Director, Healthcare Careers for our client, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital located in the panhandle of Florida.We are seeking an experienced leader, adept at creating proactivetalent strategies with a strong knowledge of HR, employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS and ATS systems. Forge strong relationships with internal customers and hiring leaders, build strong teams and process for talent acquisition, and engage incommunity outreach. Comfortable establishing and tracking KPIs for recruitment and reporting active metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, BA or related field, Master's degree preferred in HR, HCA, or BA
  • Seven years of related work experience with at least 2years in a leadership level
  • The ideal candidate will possess stellar people skills
  • Knowledge of state, federal and local regulations governing employment
  • Motivational and process driven, comfort with forecasting and proactive recruitment processes
  • One or more of the following credentials, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP (or SCP), or CHHR.

POSITION: Director of Sales, North America-Optical Technologies LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM or within 30 mins of any major US airport REPORTS TO: General Manager-CVI Laser Optics BUSINESS UNIT(s): CVI Laser Optics / Advanced Thin Films (both are part of Optical Technologies) OVERALL SUMMARY: Director of Sales provides organizational leadership and directs IDEX Optical Technologies' sales policies, objectives, and initiatives to execute the AOP revenue plan for North America across all IDEX OT's manufacturing capabilities. The Director of Sales will lead the North American sales team and work cross-functionally with the global sales organization, product management, engineering, marketing communications, and general managers to drive alignment and accountability across assigned markets and achieve break-through growth. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Help prepare monthly forecast and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) for functional areas of the business and related subsidiaries. * Achieve annual revenue growth targets for both team and assigned individual territory. * Manage a team of sales professionals and applications engineers to ensure customer ownership by the sales team that is aligned with the platform's operational and strategic goals. * Develop and execute a robust sales funnel process to proactively analyze customer opportunities for actionable insights to be shared with the management team. * Support development, deployment, and adoption of a CRM system that supports the platforms; GTM strategy. * Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to align management around sales opportunities and sales team performance. * Develop and execute a sales training and reporting structure to enable high performance across the team. * Create a central source of insights that other platform teams can draw from in order to make strategic, data-driven product, and market decisions. * Manage the sales target account list and segmentation criteria, supporting win/loss analysis. * Support and execute the annual strategic pricing process using best practices in price optimization. * Set quotas and pipeline targets supporting the annual operating plan's compensation process. SCOPE OF AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY: * People (Very Complex): The position has direct reports located across the platform's operating brands. A successful candidate will have the ability to productively and efficiently work with both internal teams (engineering, product management, finance, customer service, and operations) and various domestic customers, all the while navigating diverse business, cultural, and structural differences. * Operations (Complex): A successful candidate must have the ability to develop and deploy best-in-class processes to enable a successful and sustainable sales function. The candidate will manage and provide direction to the customer and internal teams from a value selling perspective in order to meet all assigned department and company-related goals. Maintains the professional standards of the finance department. REVENUE GROWTH: * Build a sustainable sales function that can achieve AOP targets for revenue growth in assigned markets, products &/or territories WIN/LOSS ANALYSIS: * Provide feedback on why recent customers and evaluators of products did or did not buy, and what steps they took in the buying process. PRICE CAPTURE: * Work within IDEX's pricing excellence to optimize a value-based pricing structure and achieve annual targets in assigned markets, products &/or territories. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: * Create sales processes to track customer contacts, leads, opportunities, and needs. Ensure and track processes and associated tools across the sales team. SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT: * Deliver product information to qualified buyers in support of existing sales efforts and in collaboration with the sales channels. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: * Create and track sales funnel across the team to ensure that new leads and opportunities are converted into long-term sales. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, MBA or master's degree desired (optical engineering preferred). * 5+ years of experience in outside OEM sales (optics and photonics highly desirable). * 3+ years managing a team of sales professionals. OTHER SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: * Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease. * Experience in deploying a CRM system (MS Dynamics preferred). * Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Extremely organized, detail, and process oriented. * Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete tasks.
