Healthcare Call Center Representative

Pay Range: $17 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Skills:Healthcare, Call Center, Typing.

• Mon-Fri 8-4:30 during training but need to be available/flexible to work between the hours of 7am-7:30pm PST once out of training.

• Must be available to work Holidays, if needed.

• Inbound call center taking a high volume of calls from Medi-Cal members.

• Assist with changing doctors.

• Assist with requests of new id card, address changes.

• Checking status of prior authorizations, must be able to de-escalate, file grievances for members.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year.

• High volume call center.

• Must have High speed internet.

• Quiet workspace at home to take calls.

• GOOD ATTENDANCE -cannot miss more than 8 hours of training.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts. After the third failed attempt, we will terminate.

• 6 months-1 year call center exp.

• Strong typing skills.

• Strong computer skills.
