The Business Analyst with will closely with the project teams, UX design and the development team. You are responsible for analyzing, capturing, and writing detailed requirements for the new product initiatives. This is a crucial role within this team, as you are tasked to help our development teams deliver business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and capture requirements of the product in close collaboration with your stakeholders.

  • Write functional requirements using use case specifications, user stories, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams and acceptance criteria.

  • Support and work closely with the product owners for multiple initiatives

  • Translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements

  • Bring value to an MVP or prototype and iterate to full product

Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in software development

  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience working in the healthcare domain

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Hands-on mentality, self-starter, ability to work with deadlines

  • Ability to take high-level requirements and create specific and meaningful requirements

  • Ability to effectively break down requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories

  • Ability to work independently and achieve results

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment

  • Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems

  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Kanban

  • Experience with digital/online banking

  • Experience with UX and design

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

  • Experience with portal technology

Your Function: As the Country Sales Manager-Healthcare, you will be responsible for the strategic development and direction of the US Healthcare Sales function. You will have primary responsibility for defining and implementing a country market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of US Healthcare strategy. You will report to the Wayne country manager and, you will have a functional line to the Healthcare Business Unit. You will collaborate with your leadership team to drive the US Healthcare sales strategy and foster a high-performance culture. DAY TO DAY: * As an active member of the management team, you would partner with colleagues and contribute to the successful creation and execution of the strategy and business plan * Develop the vision, mission, and strategy for the US Healthcare Sales team * Define and implement a country market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of BU strategy and vendor/partner agreements, in order to give systematic direction to and control over sales and business relationship activities * Ensure systematic identification of local market trends, portfolio developments and sales opportunities, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, in order to assure sales and program alignment with local market demands * Develop local vendor/partner opportunities and ensure establishment, implementation and management of program agreements with local vendor/partners, in line with BU policies * Manage and monitor the performance of the local sales organization, in line with country sales plan, in order to achieve country sales targets on P&L, NBV, portfolio, margin and risk costs * Ensure implementation of programs and the execution of applications of programs locally, in line with program agreements, in order to optimize penetration, program P&L and customer plus vendor/partner satisfaction in the country * Ensure proper management of the business relationship with local vendor/partners and dealers and manage the most important business relationship self, in order to increase new business volume & income from transactions in the short and long term "Our values are not imposed from the top, but built by the members themselves." Your Profile: ESSENTIALS: * Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent experience required * Proficiency in the vendor/partner finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets) and broad insight into management of a larger sales force. Deep and/or broad professional and managerial knowledge and experience * Hierarchical planning and management for a larger country sales force consisting of different sales functionalities. Higher diversity and complexity of product and service lines.
