Healthcare and Life Sciences Regulatory Associate (Corporate) Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced healthcare regulatory associate to join its Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. This position can be based in any of the following office locations:

Washington DC, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco. The estimated salary for this position is $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience in (i) reimbursement (including both reimbursement compliance and coding, coverage and payment for novel products and services), and (ii) transactional due diligence, deal documentation, and negotiation (emerging company, private equity, M&A, capital markets, etc.) Experience with fraud and abuse counseling and compliance is preferred Outstanding analytical and writing skills and a desire to join a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area JD from an accredited university Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
