The Health Tracks Coordinator position coordinates 30-50 screenings per month. The Health Tracks coordinator position is responsible to be the liaison between the State and the local screening providers, making sure they are aware of all policies and regulations. They are also responsible for knowing which providers are accepting new Medicaid patients so that they can refer clients who screen and need further testing. They also participate in the screening of clients at local public health units, completing the developmental and mental health pieces of the screening.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires licensure as a Licensed Social Worker by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners (NDCC Chapter 43-41) and one year experience as a social worker; OR a master's degree in social work and licensure as a Licensed Social Worker by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners.
