This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the local office.

What the day will look like:

In this position, you will support the Account Executive as the Lead Consultant on the team taking ownership of and accountability for projects and deliverables. This position includes delegation of assignments to team members and peer review of their work, but also involves being actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services. This position will serve as the primary day-to-day vendor and/or client contact.

Additionally, the Health Solutions Senior Consultant will:

• Coordinate with internal resources including Centers of Excellence, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams

• Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners

• Draft and manage project plans

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• 3+ years of experience in group health and benefits consulting, or relevant industry, with a strong working knowledge of benefits

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time

• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience

• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $88,500.00 to $118,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Bloomingon, MN The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
