REM Woodvale is seeking a Health Services Supervisor to oversee two or more RNs and/or LPNs/LVNs including interviewing, hiring and scheduling while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Health Services Supervisors monitor the health and medical condition of the individuals we serve. The Health Services Supervisor also manages the administration of medications, performance of physicals, provision of treatments and scheduling of medical appointments. If licensed as an LPN or LVN, manages administration of medications, physicals and provision of medical treatments in collaboration with an RN.
Must be 18 years of age
If supervising RNs, must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school or nursing program, have three years or related experience and be licensed as a registered nurse (RN)
If supervising only LPNs/LVNs, must have an associate's degree from a two year college or technical school, two years of related experience and be licensed as an LPN or LVN
Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
