The Health Services Administrator is responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of all clinical services, including record keeping and direct care services provided to residents in the 33-bed Medicare/private-pay 5-Star Skilled Nursing unit and the Assisted Living and Memory Care units. The Health Services Administrator also oversees an on-site medical clinic which offers outpatient services to the Residential Living population. Must be a leader focused on patient care and regulatory compliance, with strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations, PDPM changes/impacts, and experience managing through Medicare/billing audits. Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and comfortable managing a 24/7 operation. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of related experience. Relocation assistance available.


  • Oversee, manage and engage clinical staff while maintaining high retention levels

  • Oversee regulatory compliance including training, internal/external audits, surveys and inspections made by government agencies

  • Influence and maintain high occupancy while ensuring the highest level of patient care


  • Nursing Home Administrator's License (LNHA).

  • At least 7 years of related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and maintain a high occupancy

  • Demonstrated ability to engage employees evidenced by low turnover rates
