What You Get To Do:
As the Health Services Administrator your primary role is anything related to medical supports of participants in our programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
Ensure routine and non-routine medical appointments are scheduled to uphold the health and safety of participants.
Assist individuals to medical appointments.
Ensure medical paperwork is processed and documentation is put in electronic records.
Ensure any needed follow up to medical appointments is scheduled and completed. Check in medications.
Deliver medications to homes on a routine basis.
Be primary point of contact with participant's medical providers and facilitate sharing of information from medical providers to staff and teams.
Ensure medical supports are compliant with Kentucky regulations.
Hours:
This position assists with taking calls after hours.
