As a Health Service Support SME, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and JCIDS expertise to work on projects for the Marine Corps. You'll analyze and assess expeditionary medical support techniques and procedures. You'll participate in test and evaluation events while collecting data and observing experimental and training events. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes.

You'll guide the work we do for the Marine Corps and the solutions we deliver for operational planning.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Specialist

  • Experience developing training, including unit level, and experimentation objectives to meet directed goals based off input from multiple stakeholders

  • Experience planning and executing medical events, such as live-force experiments, training events, wargames, meetings, and presentations

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Force Design

  • Knowledge of service, such as USA, USAF, USN, or USMC, HSS doctrine and concepts to support planning and execution of events

  • Ability to produce written reports on products tested and events attended, conduct analysis of results obtained, and produce professional work products for briefing to flag-level officers

  • Ability to conduct training in front of student audiences on equipment and concepts

  • Ability to meet physical demands of test and evaluation events, including walking extended distances in field conditions while collecting data and observing experimental and training events and lifting equipment weighing approximately 50lbs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience serving in field medical operations as an active-duty health professional

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Expeditionary Medicine projects

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition process

  • Ability to support budgetary planning for HSS projects within desired milestones

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
