Retain and grow a book of business by managing day to day service requirement within the designated health plan customer segment and/or region.

Maintains the key operational relationships at the client
Contributes to the RFP and contracting processes.
Upsells new product offerings and expansions, such as Anchor Tests, Wellness products or IT applications.
Develops key organizational links to people and functions that can help resolve client problems.
Collaborate with HP Account Executive partners to ensure alignment on priority service issues.
Develops financial analysis of denial recovery, contract performance and billing related opportunities.
Coordinate medical engagement and policy reviews.
Coordinate with IT on eligibility and data agreements.
Coordinate with Commercial reps and marketing.
