Job Requirements:

Availability to work 40 hours/week Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Availability to work overtime as needed

H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate, Some college preferred
18 Years of Age or Older

  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding company records, billings, contract renewals, and supply returns. Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications in English or other languages to support customer care.

  • Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.

  • To resolve customer queries and complaints, which fall within the scope of the assigned responsibilities (Some examples may include Billing, Healthcare, Human Resources, Order Processing, or Customer Support). Agents will have at their disposal a range of tools, processes and systems to address the customers inquiries with speed and efficiency.

  • The purpose of the role is to respond to inbound calls and or written inquiries from clients / customers. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction is obtained with each interaction. Role is responsible for assigned population of customers within a specified region of support.

  • Intermediate level job with some work experience

  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training & applies these to complete assigned work within own area of expertise

  • Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using standard procedures

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures

  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

  • Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

  • Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships with the client, providers, carriers, etc. all while managing staffing, personnel and all associated workflow. Oversees all activities of the rebates of physician-administered drugs program and request RN support from WY UM/HM support team for review of claims involved in the recovery efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent At a minimum, must possess at least three (3) years in insurance, legal, or Collection function Must have 1-3 years supervisory and/or management experience Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Medicaid experience, TPL experience, Commercial Insurance experience helpful Customer focused Ability to multitask and solve complex problems Ability to write/speak concisely Experience driving process documentation and continuous process improvements Must be able to work extra hours and be flexible in schedule to accommodate work deadlines HS grad / College degree is preferred Primary Responsibilities: Manages people, process, program Coordinates work assignments Establishes departmental goals, performance standards Ensures adherence to service level agreements, key performance indicators and standard operating procedures Manages staffing requirements/levels Identifies and solutions processes and procedures for maximized efficiency Facilitates relationships with vendors (Mail Centers, EDI vendors, etc.) Provides leadership and focus in area of expertise.
