Efficiently manage and utilize our CRM system for scheduling, prospect development, and tracking all sales activities.
Meet or exceed marketing targets by expanding the customer base within assigned territories.
Create and deliver tailored proposals, educating clients on the benefits of our health insurance products, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our all-in-one health insurance solutions to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
Qualifications:
Sales experience in the health insurance field required
Active life & health insurance license
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and clients.
Proven analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Salary & Benefits:
