We are a fast-growing marketing company looking for a part-time team member with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for implementing ideas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.

• Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.

• Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients;

• guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.

• Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.

• Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers

• Project management excellence with attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base

• Ability to work independently while staying on task

• Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well

• Must take initiative to help and resolve issues

• Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Healthsherpa preferred.

• Bachelors degree required.
