Health Information/Patient Service Representative

We invite you to join the Santa Rosa Imaging team as a Health Information/Patient Services Representative. This full time career opportunity will have a Monday

• Friday 8:30 am

• 5:30 pm shift schedule with occasional weekends and is located at our outpatient practice in Santa Rosa, CA.

In this medical office position you will:

• Answer phones, kindly talk patients through the steps and answer their questions and concerns.

• Organize and prioritize requests for medical records, and route medical records appropriately based on the patient's time of exam.

• Provide courteous and professional service to attorneys, referring physicians, and patients requesting medical records

• Perform patient registration and insurance verification, and collect co-pays.

• May occasionally drive to nearby centers and/or medical offices to deliver or retrieve medical films/CD.

• May cross-train and help in other departments as needed.

• Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
