We are looking for a Health Information Operations Manager that will be the tip of the spear for our service offering. You will:

• Be the primary Account Manager to our customers.

• Mentor hourly staff and supervisor team for further professional development.

• Be responsible for P&L management ($3M+ revenue).

• Oversee the safeguarding of patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Own the management of patient health record delivery processes.

• Participate in project teams and committees to advance operational strategies and initiatives.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to better business results.

What you will bring to the table:

• 2+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) related experience.

• 2+ years' experience in leading employees.

• 2+ years of experience in managing processes and KPIs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

• Experience in a healthcare environment.

• Passion for identifying process improvements and providing solutions.

• Coordination experience with site management on complex issues.

Bonus points if:

• Prior ROI management experience.
• RHIT or RHIA Credentials
• MHA or HIM related degree

Even though this is a remote role, you may need to travel onsite. Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $76,000-90,000.

This is an onsite/field-based position and resides in and around the Philadelphia, South Jersey, Camden County areas. Applicants must reside in the region and be onsite weekly.
