Health Information Management Clerk, Call Center

This is a full-time, hourly position on UCHealth's HIM Call Center team. You will be based at University of Colorado Hospital on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. This is a 100% on-site position (not a remote opportunity).

Job Duties

  • Greets visitors and answers telephone calls. Provides assistance and responds to general inquiries.

  • Prepares various types of documents and/or performs data entry using appropriate software applications and databases. Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Retrieves and files records or information from files.

  • Operates and maintains office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.

  • Maintains supplies.

  • Assists with projects as requested.

Preferred Healthcare experience Training in medical terminology The pay range for this position is: $18.00 - $23.40 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
