Kelly Services is currently hiring multiple Health Coordinator in temporary opportunities at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Albuqurque, New Mexico!

Snapshot:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • End Date: December 31, 2018

  • Pay rate is $20.00-23.00/hour depending on experience

  • Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 4:30PM

Summary:

This position is responsible for contacting members to inform and educate them on our medical management programs; conducting research, performing data entry, responding to inquires from members, and supporting the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities

Job Duties:

  • Support an outside sales representative to maintain current & new customers by setting up account information and resolving customer issues

  • Interacts with multiple departments to coordinate problem resolution.

  • Coordinating member needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs.

Job Specific Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or 3 years of relatable experience

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology

  • Data Entry and/or typing experience

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize is required

  • Verbal and written communications skills including developing written correspondence to members and to other department personnel and coaching skills to educate members on medical issues.

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Dependable and flexible

Knowledge of barriers associated with addiction, behavioral health disorders, as well as socio-economic barriers Summary: Under indirect supervision, and in collaboration with Pathways Navigators, County Substance Abuse Program staff, health and behavioral health providers at local FQHCs, other social service agencies, the Deputy Chief of Specialized Services, and Community Paramedic Captain, provides intensive case management and care coordination for specific patients identified through the AAS Connections Referral Program. This position coordinates the integration of social resources to provide effective outcome-based, patient-centered care.
