We are an integrated healthcare consulting team that provides technology, performance improvement, regulatory, risk, transaction and operations focused services to healthcare organizations throughout the country. As a leader in the National Healthcare Consulting practice, you will join professionals with a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry including: financial analysis and revenue performance management, regulatory reporting and compliance, and healthcare IT. You will be part of a collaborative consulting team to deliver exceptional client service to meet our client's objectives. Responsibilities: * Lead multiple Performance Improvement initiatives with a focus around revenue cycle, cost management, or clinical efficiency. * Provide leadership in scoping and planning multiple projects * Provide oversight to implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives, all in conjunction with the functional, clinical and operational teams * Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to clients for decision-making and strategic planning * Create, manage and execute project work plans to provide high-quality client service delivery * Manage and guide consultants on projects to prioritize work tasks, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, ensure work products meet quality standards and ensure industry best practices for implementation/PM are being leveraged * Participate in developing new business – developing relationships, qualifying leads and scoping opportunities * Manage relationships with existing clients to promote quality service delivery and identify additional value added services * Demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars and other speaking engagements Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, business, Health Information Management, or other related field * 12+ years of prior experience in a director or senior-level leadership in a Performance Improvement consulting role; OR a combination of industry experience with hospitals and/or physician groups * Previous experience working for a large- or medium-sized consulting firm * Ability to foresee the future of healthcare and be transformative in your thinking to best serve our clients * Proven experience in leading client service teams and client relationships * Leadership involvement with HIMSS, HFMA or other healthcare associations * Drive growth for the healthcare consulting practice, including collaboration with other team members to cross-sell services * Ability and willingness to travel nationwide (average 75%) You want your next step to be the right one.
