Health And Wellness Coach

Zion Integrated Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Health and Wellness Coach to join our team. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them set and achieve their health and wellness goals. You will provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help clients make lasting lifestyle changes that improve their overall well-being. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable about health and wellness practices, and enjoys making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized health and wellness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current health status, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with clients to establish actionable steps towards achieving their health and wellness goals
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients to help them stay motivated and accountable
• Educate clients on various aspects of health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care practices
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their health and wellness plans
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health and wellness, nutrition, psychology)
• Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach
• Proven experience in conducting health assessments and developing personalized plans
• Strong knowledge of various aspects of health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Empathy and genuine desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using technology and software for client record keeping and communication
