Manage and coordinate OSHA compliance programs at various clients
Conduct assessments and audits to improve compliance and culture
Provide supervisory and employee training and coaching
Develop management systems that reduce incidents and exposures
Conduct ergonomic and various risk assessments
Build relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
Work independently to support company and client initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
5-10 years of health and safety program management experience
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with writing clear and concise reports
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Technology Company Experience
Certification in a related area (ASP, GSP, CSP or OHST)
Experience as a consultant supporting various clients
