All of the following documents are required for this position: •Certificate Copy (Copy of Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate or Medical Assistant Certificate) •Letter(s) of Recommendation (One Personal Letter and One Professional Letter required) •Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of High School Diploma or GED)

• Certification (copy of valid Certified Nurse's Assistant or Medical Assistant certificate)
• Letter(s) of Reference (One (1) Professional letter and one (1) Personal letter is required)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of High School Diploma or GED showing date of Graduation)
