Ability to supervise sports activities for a diverse population
Effective organization and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Volleyball coaching or playing experience at the college level

Preference is given to those who have the following:
Prior experience recruiting college athletes
Knowledge of National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) policies and regulations

Anoka-Ramsey Community College, with campuses in both Cambridge and Coon Rapids, Minnesota, has been a leading provider of higher education and training in East Central Minnesota since 1978 and the north suburban area of Minneapolis/St. Paul since 1965. Anoka-Ramsey aligned with Anoka Technical College, Anoka, Minnesota, in 2011. Annually, the two colleges (three campuses) serve more than 16,000 learners of all ages as they pursue associate degrees that transfer as the first two years of a bachelor's degree, or technical and certificate programs that lead immediately to rewarding careers. Under the collective bargaining agreement with the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF), new instructors receive a salary placement based on education and related experience after a job offer is accepted. The final decision for determination of salary placement is made by the MnSCU System Office based on education and relevant experience.
