Under the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this position has the responsibility for the overall administration of all aspects of a comprehensive high school Cheer program. The primary focus will be that of mentorship, recruitment, administration and coordination of a high school Cheer program where the total development of the student-athlete is the highest priority. Specifically, the Head Coach will identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes; develop practice plans and competition schedules; oversee student-athlete academics and compliance with the program; and supervise assistant coaches/other support personnel.

Hours are: Monday through Friday, 4:00PM - 6:00PM Employment with The O'Farrell Charter School is contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer background check, fingerprinting and TB test results. The O'Farrell Charter School is a California Charter School serving grades transitional kindergarten through twelfth.
