We are seeking a senior leader to own all aspects of customer and supplier marketing for the Amazon Renewed business. The leader will manage the Renewed brand, deeply understand Renewed customers, drive traffic to the Renewed storefront and product detail pages, and enhance the customer experience. The leader will report into the Amazon Renewed worldwide leader and manage a global team.
The ideal candidate will think big to transform how people discover and enjoy Renewed products while demonstrating strong ownership and bias for action by personally executing portions of the strategy. The candidate will have a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, strategic conceptualization skills, and a passion for creating a world-class experience for our customers and suppliers. This leader is comfortable creating structure and processes from a highly ambiguous and fast-changing environment. Finally, this leader will work with business and tech teams from around the world and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to drive change.
Build and manage the Renewed brand across North America, Europe, and India
Improve discoverability via online and offline traffic channels including homepages, e-mail, Amazon search, paid search, Amazon category placements and events, affiliate programs, and off-Amazon channels
Write marketing copy, design collateral, and A/B test to ensure the Renewed message is clear, consistent, and compelling; partner with cross-category and cross-site teams, PR, Legal, and Tax to implement messaging and high ROI campaigns
Deep dive into web analytics to understand traffic and conversion data and drive analysis, experiments, and recommendations for maximizing ROI and optimization; track high level performance against traffic goals (spend, conversion, efficiency, etc.), recommending and executing program improvements and initiatives
Drive customer and supplier research programs providing insights and inputs for the marketing strategy
Own the worldwide marketing metrics (traffic, conversion) and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns for reporting via weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
