The Wealth Planning and Advice group ("WP&A") believes that wealth managed with intent leads to better outcomes for our clients. By listening and focusing on clients first (rather than products), we can better understand their needs, concerns, and goals ---- to determine how products and performance align to enable clients to achieve their desired outcomes. This foundation builds stronger relationships and leads to higher client satisfaction.

Wealth Strategists are Advisor-focused specialists that work alongside Regional and Market leadership to better enable our Financial Advisors to lead with advice and deliver a superior wealth management experience to our affluent and high net worth clients. Additionally, Wealth Strategists provide goals-based coaching for advisors, demonstrated goals-based advice dialogues to our Financial Advisors, and execute on the rollout and adoption of best-in-class goals-based tools. They are responsible for ultimately delivering the firm's financial planning Goals-Based planning resources to clients and prospective clients, helping them identify, prioritize and achieve their long term goals.

The Head of WM Wealth Strategists will lead the team of national Wealth Strategists and set a strategic vision to deliver goals-based sales transformation and advisor enablement. The team lead will build a long-term plan to drive client opportunity and advisor activation using goals-based planning techniques. They will be critical partner to our National and Regional Leadership teams, Practice Management, Investments & Advice teams, and Client Solutions teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide unbiased, customized wealth planning guidance to clients and prospective clients, based on deep client discovery and understanding

  • Ability to work with advisors to develop business opportunities with new and existing clients

  • Develop and present goals-based materials and lead wealth transfer conversations in a compelling manner

  • Structure and present financial plans/presentations in a simple to understand conversational manner

  • Must be comfortable working with affluent and high net worth individuals/families, and have experience with financial planning, banking, investments, tax and wealth transfer strategies

  • Train and develop advisors to independently lead effective GBWM-related client engagements

  • Proven track record of team leadership and delivering on large organizational initiatives

  • Collaborative, diverse, and inclusive operating model to invite new perspectives and incorporate expertise from all team members

  • Recruit, develop and manage top talent

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years complex financial planning experience

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • FINRA Series 7 and 66

  • Technical planning certification (e.g., CFP, CPWA, CIMA)

  • Expert on goals-based experience, client dialogues, tools, and processes

Their goal is to manage the financial processes, budgets, forecasts, and reporting for some of the Firm's most integral functions including: Global Real Estate (GRE), Global Security, Global Supplier Services, Corporate Aviation, and more. Roles & Responsibilities: * Responsible for all financial processes and deliverables across GRE Americas P&A as-well-as consolidating the global portfolio inclusive of overseeing global allocations, transactions and reporting * End to end ownership of GRE America's forecasting, budgeting and management inclusive of ~380 corporate offices and data centers with an expense base of ~$2 billion * Direct oversight for the financial analysis of all real estate transactions covering acquisitions, leases, purchases and construction projects * Participation in due diligence of potential acquisitions/divestitures as it relates to real estate holdings * Lead financial processes and approvals associated with GRE Capital Management Steering Committee * Establish positive working relationships with functional partners across GRE to foster a collaborative working environment with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor * Develop strong working relationships with the GRE Finance Regional CFO teams in coordinating the consolidation, planning, reporting and analysis of total GRE financials * Provide the GRE Executives and GRE CFO with timely and accurate management reporting and analysis - covering expense, capital, and line of business expense allocation reporting for the entire global budget of ~$3 billion * Ownership of all GRE reporting, inclusive of the Global EMR, to ensure consistent and seamless messaging to the CAO, CAO CFO and GRE Leadership on monthly results and annual budgets * Develop materials and communicate the LOB budgets for each CFO's annual global occupancy * Business management tasks including but not limited to preparing presentations and business reviews Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business related discipline * 15+ years of experience in finance related work including at least 5 years running P&A teams * Master's degree, MBA, and/or CPA a plus * Experience managing teams of high performing individuals * Ability to think outside of the box, identify problems & find cost efficient solutions * Ability to analyze data, process information and work under minimal supervision * Sound judgment and independent decision making are required * Strong attention to detail * Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly * Communication skills - Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently, comfortable interacting with senior business/Corporate leaders * Ability to handle numerous deliverables simultaneously, many with critical deadlines.
