WHO YOU ARE:

As the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's treasury operations. You will play a critical role in managing our cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring that our financial resources are optimized and aligned with our strategic objectives. This position reports directly to the SVP, Finance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash concentration, wire transfers, and electronic payments. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• Cash Management: Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on cash investments. Monitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs.

• Capital Structure Management: Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing and equity issuance. Optimize the cost of capital while balancing risk and return considerations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and financial risk exposures. Ensure compliance and prepare compliance certificates for term loan and credit facility.

• Bank Relationships: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services, credit facilities, and other financial products.

• Investment Management: Develop investment policies and guidelines for surplus cash. Monitor investment performance and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles.

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial risk management, and investment principles.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.

• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving results.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
