Job Description

We're looking for a Head of Risk Operations to join our growing team. This role will manage Divvy's efforts to help existing tenants who have hit a financial rough patch.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the implementation of processes for tenants who have fallen behind on their rent payments

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to improve processes

  • Explore and set up new relationships with vendors and service providers

  • Own tenant communications and SLAs

  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to set policies

Work Experience/Skills

  • Direct experience managing an operations team

  • Direct collections or recoveries experience

  • Willingness to get your hands dirty

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Some SQL experience a plus

In this role, you will drive and work with other leaders to identify, prioritize, and evangelize strategic opportunities to improve execution and processes. The Head of Design Operations is responsible for driving the design team culture, evolving processes and systems and programs that enable the team to scale with strength and build exemplary brand and product experiences in a creative, focused environment. This role works in partnership with our Head of Design and Design Management team.
